     أبارك للأخ العزيز والزميل المثابر والرجل المتميز أخي وزميلي الأستاذ محمد بن فلاح القرقاح هذا الرجل الذي زاملناه منذ زمن بعيد وعرفناه أيام الثانوية العامة فكان نعم الزميل ونعم المثل الذي يحتذا في الصبر والمثابرة والكفاح فنبارك له ولأنفسنا به وبما حقق من نجاحات والله أنني أعتبر هذا التقدم وهذا الترقي في مراتب القياديين لي أنا شخصيا … أخوك / سعد بن محمد بن خاطر
