(1) في الصباح الباكر من يوم الأحد الموافق 30 / 8 / 1432هـ إطلعت صحيفة طريب على معاناة أهالي مركز طريب مع قلة المياه بالمشروع وسوء التنظيم وساعات الانتظار الطويلة .
اتم اللقاء بعدد من المواطنين الذين أبدوا تذمرهم من قلة الماء المخصص لهم وعدم التزام المتعهد (المقاول ) للخزانات بالمياه و غيابه عنهم من حوالي شهر و تركهم على أمل سحابة صيف حسبما أحبوا أن يعبروا بذلك لصحيفة طريب .
المواطن / سعد مريع آل عضيه يقول ننتظر خلف بوابة المشروع أكثر من 24ساعة حتى ندخل وإذا دخلنا للاشياب ننتظر 24ساعة أخرى حتى نعبئ 3 طن

المواطن ناصر الجبيلي يقول اقتراحي للمسئولين يجب أن يكون هناك كروت حتى تمنع الزحمة والتكدس والالتزام بالوقت واليوم لكل سائق وايت وبحسب ما عنده من منازل فقد يكون لديه أسرتين في منزلين ولكن الوايت الذي يؤمن لهم 3 طن فهو غير كاف .
كما يقترح بأن يكون التوزيع للمياه على فترتين صباحية و مسائية بتواجد مختصين في الموقع لحفظ النظام و سير العمل وفك الازدحام الذي هو على فترة واحده فقط .

المواطن / مبارك بن قحيصان يقول ماذا أعبر عنه هل سوء التنظيم أم قلة المياه والدعم أترك كاميرا الصحيفة تعبر عن ذلك بما تراه .
* عدد من المواطنين طالبوا أن يسمح لهم بأن تدخل سياراتهم داخل ساحات المشروع حفاظاً عليها من التخريب حيث أنها تمكث خارج سور المشروع أكثر من 24ساعة وأصحابها ينامون بداخلها أو يضطرون للسهر حتى حضور مشرف المشروع في اليوم الثاني ، كما طالب المواطنون بالنظر في موضوعهم هذا والرد من قبل المسئول عن الدعم الذي خصص لطريب أين أعينهم عن المشهد ؟ ولماذا هذا الصمت ؟ ولماذا متعهد المراكز الأخرى متواجد بشكل يومي رغم الأزمة التي يسمعون بها في المحافظات الأخرى .

(2) ومن جاب آخر التقينا بالمستفيدين من مشروع السقيا قال المواطن محمد درع أنا من الناس الذين يدعمهم هذا المشروع ولكن للأسف لا أعتبره دعماً وإنما أعتبره ترضيه لمطالبنا إذا طالبنا حيث يتم تزويدنا بكرتين فقط يحسب في كل كرت 12طن موزعه على أكثر من 5 أشهر وعندما تنتهي هذه الفترة نبدأ بالمطالبة من جديد حتى نزود بكروت أخرى. مواطن آخر يقول كيف آخذ استحقاقي من المياه إذا لم يوجد لدي وايت ماء ولم أكن مستفيداً من مشروع السقيا ماهو الحل؟ هل الحل أن أشتري الوايت ب 700 ريال . أم عبد الله تقول أنا إمرأة أرملة أطالب بأن يكون هناك وايت ماء خاص بالمشروع الذي بطريب ويوزع علينا نحن الأرامل والمساكين الذين ليست لدينا سيارات لكي نأخذ حسبتنا من المياه.
كما طالب عدد من المواطنين بأن يتم توصيل ماصورة لمشروع طريب من الخط الرئيسي الجاري تنفيذه على الشارع العام الرياض- الخميس- المغذي للمحطة الواقعة بالرحبة حيث أن الخزانات والاشياب قائمة وسوف يقلل من الازدحام مستقبلاً على المحطة ويخدمنا نحن أصحاب الوايتات الصغيرة .
آخرون قالوا ماذا حدث للمتعهد الذي وكل بدعم خزانات طريب هل أنبوب الماء الذي تعرض للكسر بمحافظة خميس مشيط هو المغذي له حتى سبب له عدم دعمنا باستحقاقنا طيلة هذا الصيف.
(3) كما التقينا بمشرف الموقع الأستاذ شاهر عائض سعيد بن جبهان وكان لقائنا كالتالي:- [/COLOR]
ج1/ يبدأ الدوام الساعة 7صباحاً و ينتهي عند انتهاء كمية المياه التي في الخزانات بالنسبة للسيارات التي في الخارج يصعب علينا مكوثها في الداخل خوفاً عليها من التخريب داخل السور .
ج2/ في أيام الدعم من 13-15 رد بواقع 5 طن الى 10 طن للسيارات .
وفي أيام الأزمة كما يحدث الآن بواقع 9 ردود فقط .
ج3/ 120 طن ـــــ بواقع أربع تريلات فيما أعرفه والرد لدى المسئولين في إدارة المياه بحكم الاختصاص.
ج4/ أكثر من شهر و الأسباب ولا أعرف .
ج5/ مقترحاتي بأن أزود بكروت من قبل الإدارة حتى أتمكن من التنظيم .
وأثناء تواجدنا في الموقع ارتطم وايت الماء بمدخل الشيب وذلك بسبب سوء الطريق وضيق المدخل
كما أخذت الكاميرا تجوالها على أسعار صهاريج الماء في ساحة السوق بطريب ولم نجد سوى تريلتين فقط وتبين أن أسعار التريلة 30طن يتراوح مابين 700 ريال إلى ألف ريال و 16 طن بـ 400 ريال دون حسيب أو رقيب.
وهنا ننتظر رد المسئول .

نشكر صحيفة طريب على هذا التقرير الرائع والذي يلامس هموم المواطنين
ولكن لماذا المتعهد لا يلتزم بالكمية المطلوبه عليه هل أهل طريب ما يستاهلون
أم هل المتعهد يستخدم الكمية المصروفه لطريب لمكان آخر

شكر خاص لصحيفة طريب التي تكون دوما مع الحدث وتتلمس احتياجات المواطنين ولكن ارى ان هناك تغير بعد ان اطلعت الصحيفة على الموقع ارى ان عدد الصهاريج التي تعبء اكثر مماكانت عليه قبل الاطلاع
ثانيا/ سؤال لمشرف الماء؟
لماذا لا تكون كمية الماء يوم السبت اكثر مماتكون عليه في باقي الايام رغم انه لا يفتح المشروع يوم الجمعه فمن المفروض ان تكون ان تكون كمية الماء مضاعفه؟؟

نشكر صحيفة طريب الالكترونية على هذا التقرير الجميل.
ولكن سؤالي هنا ليس لمدير المياه سؤالي للحاكم الإداري لمدينة طريب أين متابعاتهم لمطالب المواطنين , أين موظفيه المسئولين عن ضبط أسعار الصهاريج ,
أين نواب ومشائخ طريب عن مطالبهم هذه سؤالي لهم هل تقدمتم أنتم للمسئولين بإدارة المياة وأبلغتموهم عن معاناتكم أم أنتم نائمون مع أختامكم؟؟؟
أتمنا من المتعهد لطريب التكلم بكل صراحه ومصداقية عن نصيب طريب من المياه أين ذهب هل تبخر وأصبح سحابة صيف كما أحب أهالي طريب تسميته؟؟
وفي آخر تعليقي أتمنا رد مدير عام المياه بعسير عما يحدث في محافظة طريب وفي منطقة عسير بشكل عام لماذا لماذا يحدث هذا الأمر من كل عام وفي الصيف ؟؟؟؟؟ ماهو السر ؟؟؟؟

ويقول الخزان يستوعب ستون طن يوميا والماء لم يكفي سوى ثمان سيارات أين ذهب الباقي ام للواسطه دور كبير ؟؟؟؟
لماذا الحارس الذي يقول ممنوع الاتيان بشكل يومي لاصحاب الويت وصاحب الوايت الذي يعرفه لايمنعه؟؟
مافائدة الحارس والذي يقوم بفتح الابواب والجلوس في المحطه هو البنقالي (حسين)؟؟؟

الحقيقه تقرير جيد لهذه الصحيفة الهادفه واشكر كل من قام وساهم على انتاج هذا العرض الجيد ,,,, أنا ممن يستفيد من هذا المشروع ولكن وللاسف لا يوجد تنظيم ولاتعاون من كلا الجهتين المواطنون من جه والمشرف على الموقع من جهة اخرى المواطنون ياتي الشخص صاحب الوايت بشكل يومي ويريد ان يحصل على الماء لماذا هذا الجشع؟؟؟
والمشرف على الموقع لايتفاهم مع المواطنون وشبه يومي مشكله قائمه على عدم تشغيل جميع مضخات الماء فهو لايشغل سوى بئر واحده ولتأخره في الحضور فهناك من المواطنون من ياتي من الليل وينام في وايته وخاصة من كبار السن وفي الحقيقه والله انه منظر تدمع منه العين لما ترى كبيرا في السن عمره مايقارب الستون والسبعون نائما في وايته والهم ظاهر على محياه كيف يحصل على الماء دون تاخير ويتفاجأ بعد دخوله على الاشياب تعبي ثمان وايتات والباقي عليهم الانتظار للغد, والمتعهدون لاياتوا بستحقاق طريب من الماء ومدير المياه يتعذر بقوله الماصوره في خميس مشيط منكسره وهي تعطلت يوم واحد وتم اصلاحها ولكن حسبنا الله على كل خائن ,, ولماذا رئيس مركز طريب لايقف على المشروع بعينه ليرى كيف يتم العمل ؟؟؟؟ ولماذا بلدية طريب لاتقوم بسفلتت الموقع والطريق المؤدي اليها ؟؟ ولماذا مديرية المياه توزع كروت سقيا كل كرت له وايت اثناعشر طن لمدة أربعة اشهر ؟؟اسالك بالله يامدير المياه باحد رفيده هل يكفيك في أربعة اشهر وايت اثناعشر طن ام ان هذه ترضيه لنا؟؟؟؟ لكن حسبنا الله على منظلمنا في هذا الشهر العظيم وهل بعد هذا التقرير الذي قامت به هذه الصحيفة شي ام ان الامور كماهي ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

طريب ماهي زي اول طريب تغيرت طريب اصابها تشتت القبايل الاخوان تفرقوا كيف تبغون كل شئ على كيفكم عندي لكم حلول لو نقصت فكملوها وان زادت فاقصروها:
1_ تكاتف مشايخ ونواب القبايل لتجميع القبايل وسماع مشاكلهم وتقديمها لامير المنطقه او وكيله
2_اولياء الامور عليهم نصح ابناهم وسماع ابنه ليكون هناك حوار هادف للاسره
3_ الدوائر الحكومية بطريب جميعهم مقصرين هدفهم الاول تطوير طريب فقط هذا لايصح يجب من وضع منشورات لتطوير الحوارات الفكريه وضع منشورات هادفه تجعل الحوارات بين شبابها وكبار سنها في القمه من الحوارات.
4_وليس اخيرا اود من الجميع وضع يده بيد الاخر لنجعل طريب يداَ واحده لتتكاتف طريب فقيرها مع غنيها كبيرها مع صغيرها جميعهم كلمتهم واحده رابطنا هو الايمان

في يوم الاحد 7 / 9 / 1432هـ اتيت للمشروع لأرى بعيني هل هو صحيح مانقلته الصحيفه ومايتداول بين مجتمع طريب ورأيت الحقيقة بأم عيني لم يعبء من المشروع سوى 9 ويت مابين 3-9 طن وعندما سألت المشرف كم سعة الخزان قال 58 طن اين ذهبت باقي الكميه ؟؟ عندما وجهت له السؤال قال :لقد اشتغلت المكينه بالامس مرتان فلماذا لا تشتغل كل يوم مرتان ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟[/FONT]

يااخوان اتينا يوم الاثنين 8 / 9 / 1432هـ للمشروع وتفاجئنا بتأخر المشرف الى الساعة السابعه والنصف والله لو رايت كبار السن وهم يتنقلون من مكان الى أخر بحثا عن الظل انه منظر تقشعر منه الجلود وعندما اراد أحد أصحاب الوايتات التحدث مع المشرف طلب منه كبار السن عدم مناقشته لانه قد يقفل الماء قبل تعبئت الويت .الى هذه الدرجة أصبح المشرف يتصرف ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ اين الرقيب؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
كما أخبر المشرف انه لن يتم فتح المشروع من يوم غد الا بعد صلاة الظهر وان عنده أمر بذلك .
السؤال من أعطاه الأمر ؟؟ وكيف ينتظر الناس المشرف بعد الظهر مع حرارة الشمس وخصوصا في رمضان وهناك كبار سن مصابون بالكثير من الامراض ؟؟ هناك موظفون يجلبون الماء الى أهليهم قبل الدوام ماذا يفعلون ؟؟
أين التصرف السليم ؟؟ أين ادارة المياه؟؟ أين رئيس المركز ؟؟[/FONT]

نحن نطالب بتغير الحارس فهو وضع الان نظام قيلوله للتعبئة وصدقوني بكره مايعبي إلا القليل – فيه نقطة مهمه يمكن الخزنات هي من تبتلع الماء هذا العذر لم يتوصل إليه الحارس بعدين يآهالي طريب هل أحد منكم فتح خزانات التحليه ربما تصل التريلات ويصرف الحارس الماء إلى جماعته المقربين

السلام عليكم وصباحكم بخير/
صحيفة طريب نأمل منكم إعداد متابعة للتقرير الذي قمتم بإعداده فبيض الله وجيهكم وإعادة اللقاء والشخوص مرة أخرى على الموقع , فقسماً بالله إن الحارس /شاهر يتصرف بكل حرية والتلاعب بالشيبان والشباب بالموقع وهذا دليل رضا المسئولين بإدارة المياة بأحدرفيدة , سؤالي متى سنرى رد المسئول وماهي مبرراته , بكل صراحة يا إخوان إنني قابلت مدير المياه بأحد رفيده وقابلت رجل محترم في تعامله وفي أخلاقه ولكن ماظهر على الواقع من إهمال في الدعم ومتابعة السقيا ووضع حارس لا يخاف الله في الناس اللذين يأتون للمشروع لشيء يندى له الجبين فنصيحتي له لا يأخذ أحد في ذمته من الناس .
ياليته يأتي بنفسه ويرى عن بعد الوضع من الواقع ويأتي الساعه 6 صباحا ليعرف الحقيقة.

اليوم الموافق 9 / 9 / 1432هـ وبعد قول الحارس يوم الاثنين ان الدوام بعد الظهر ياتي في هذا اليوم في الصباح وفتح الاشياب وعب لبعض المواطنين وعندما اتى بعض المواطنون وكبار السن بعد الظهر تفاجئو ان الماء وزع في الصباح الباكر فلماذا التلاعب ؟؟؟ والجور على المواطنون ؟؟؟وهو يقول ان لدي امر من شرطة طريب بأن الدوام بعد الظهر وعندما سألنا بعض المسؤلين في شرطة طريب قالوا ليس لدينا علاقه ولايوجد لدينا امر بهذا الامر ؟؟؟

في هذا اليوم الموافق 9 / 9 / 1432هـ في تمام الساعه الواحده والنصف ظهرا تم دخول وايت المسؤول عن الموقع (شـــــــــــاهر) اللى داخل الشبك بعد ان تم تعبية الوايت في الصباح وعاد لكي يعبي مرةاخرى ويوجد شهود اعيان على هذا الموقف ,فمن المسؤول الآن ؟؟؟؟هكذا الظلم ؟؟؟يرضيك هذا يامدير فرع المياه بأحدرفيده ؟هذا يرضيك يارئيس مركز طريب ؟؟؟؟

لماذا رئيس فرع المياه بأحد رفيده لم يدلي برايه عن هذا الموضوع ام انه راضي منذ طرح هذا الخبر لم يدلي براي اوتصريح ؟؟؟لماذا رئيس مركز طريب لم يبذل جهوده ورايه في هذا الموضوع ام انه يرضيه؟؟؟لماذا لم يبرز دور أهالي طريب في هذا الموضوع ؟؟لماذ لانكون كف واحده لنطالب بحقوقنا ام ان الامر محصور على ناس معينين يطالبون وغيرهم يأخذ دون مطالبه ويقول انافعلت كذا وكذا وهو لم يفعل شيء؟

صراحة أنا من الناس الذي أعجبت جدا جدا بهذا الخبر الصحفي ومعجب صراحة بجديد كل يوم مع شاهر ومع مستفيدي المشروع , تصريحات وأوامر شاهر أراها لا تستقر فمرة توزيع الماء في الصباح ومرة توزيع الماء بعد الظهر والناس طالعين ونازلين للمشروع ومن رأى الوايتات وهي طالعة ونازلة تقول هذي بئر نفط كل يعبي منها ولا درى الناس والعالم المشاهده للمنظر إن البير ما شغلها شاهر والناس طالعين نازلين .
ياناس ياجماعة الخير أنا أيد راي الاخ ( العميد) ويجتمع الاهالي ويتقدمون على أميرنا المحبوب فيصل بن خالد وهو الحل الوحيد بعد الله من إنقاذنا وإنقاذ ضعفائنا من العطش ومن أحكام مديرية المياه وحارسها الرائع في موضوع الأوامر والتوجيهات التي يتخلقها ضد المواطنين بطريب؟؟ أقول بكل صراحة والله كفو يا شاهر غير أنت صملت واتخذت قرارت ولكن غيرك من مسئولين في المياة أنشغل في شراء الرقايق والبقدونس والنوم في رمضان؟

أعانكم الله أهل طريب على ما تعانون منه أما نحن أهل العرين نعاني من بعد الخزان الرئيسي عن بعض القرى مثل الشرف والروضة والعلوبي .
نأمل ونرجو من مديرية المياة بأحد رفيدة من تأمين متعهد للقرى المتباعدة ليستفيد نحن أهل القرى المتباعدة ونسلم من الذهاب للخزانات ونسلم من الزحمة.
كما نؤيد مقترح وجود وايت يوزع الماء على الضعفاء من الأيتام والأرامل وعن طريق الجمعية الخيرية.

نبشركم بشاره ولكنها خاصه لمن يستفيد من السقيا فقط سوف يتم توزيع عليهم كروت للسقيايوم غد السبت 13/9/1432هـ ولكن الله أعلم كم فيها طن ؟ وكم شهر فيها ؟
ولكن باقي لنا المتعهد أين ذهب بإستحقاقنا حق شهر ونصف الى الان غايب عنا ؟
ول نحسب 5تريلات ضرب 30يوم ضرب 30طن لنعرف كم طن راح علينا ؟
يالله يارب تفرجها علينا وتنقذنا من الجفاف والعطش ومن مسئولين رأينا بأنهم ليس بمسئولين بل ديكوريين أعمال فقط مجرد تواجد مكتبي وحساب لإنقضاء الدوام اليومي ومتابعة سنوات الترقية ولكن دوووون إنجازات للبلد أو ضمير حي يتحرك يا ناس ياناس يا مسئولين والله والله والله ما فيها شيء بأن تتحمل كلام الناس المواطنين عليك وتعرف بأنك أنت قصرت في شيء أو أهملت في شيء معين بأن تصحح وضعك وتعمل ما يبرر موقفك قدام الناس وبدون تصريحات أو كلام للغير تبرر به موقفك .
موقفك الان أيها المسئول هو توضيح العكس على الواقع وتجتهد وتستغفر لذنبك فكلنا والله مقصرين والكامل وجه الله سبحانه شد الهمه وتحرك .

مشكور ياالعسيري على هذا التعليق لكن ياليت المسؤول يتابع لماذا لاتصل كمية المياه المخصصه لطريب مع أن القرى المجاوره يصلهم المقاول ؟ هل العذر الانبوب الذي تعطل في الخميس فقد تم اصلاحه ؟ من اين يأتون مقاولين القرى المجاوره بالماء ؟ لماذا المقاول مايفعل مثل مايفعل المقاولون الاخرون؟ أين جمعية مكافحة الفساد من هذا . ولكن أقول “من خلاءحقه ضاع” لو أن المواطنون يطالبون ماضاع لهم شيء

يااخوان تم تسليم الكروت اليوم لكل مستفيد كرتان وفي كل كرت 12 طن ولمدة 4شهور يعني لكل شهر سته طن . سؤالي موجه لمدير المياه هل يكفيك سته طن في كل شهر؟ نحن نعلم أن هذه الكروت فقط ترضية للمستفيد لكي لا يقوم بالمطالبه . وين تريلات الماء التي هي دعم لطريب أكيد ان المقاول يقوم ببيع استحقاق طريب . والمسؤول راضي والا لو ماهو راضي كان تابع وبين أسباب الانقطاع وعدم التوصيل ؟؟ولكن حسبنا الله على كل من رضي وتهاون ولم يؤدي عمله بكل اخلاص وضمير[/FONT][/SIZE][/B]

صباحكم سعادة/
بكل جد أعجبني تعليق الأخ العسيري وأتمنى من المسئول تصحيح الخطأ الحصل والشكاوي التي إندلعت عبر صحيفة طريب ولكن ليعلم بأن هناك أناس كثير لم يطلعو على هذا التقرير ولو عرفو بذلك لأفصحو بشكواهم .
أما بانسبة لما يقوم به بعض المعلقين من الدعاء على المسئولين بالذات فهذا غير جائز لهم لأنهم تجاوزوا على الغير بما لا يرضاه الله ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم والمسلم .
يجب علينا عدم المجاهره بذلك والدعاء لهم بالصلاح فصلاحهم صلاح لنا وغير ذلك ضرر عليهم وعلينا كل ما في الموضوع إطرح يا أخي المعلق وجهة نظرك وبمشيئة الله سنرى والجميع النور .
وتوجيهي للمسئولين بأن يخاف الله فيمن ولاه الله إياه وأن يحاسب المقصر فيما لديه من متعهد أوموظف أو مسئول حركه بالأشياب وأن يخاف الله سبحانه الاخ شاهر في الناس الذين يقابلهم كل يوم شيبان وشباب وأن يتركهم في حال سبيلهم فدوره حسبما علمنا هو فتح البوابات وتشغيل مكائن الأبار فقط لاغير وأن يترك عنه مجادلة الناس وملاسنتهم بما يسبب له ولغيره الفوضى وكثرة الشكوى كل يوم بالمركز والشرطة وعليه أن يخاف الله ولا يقول للناس أنتهى الماء والماء موجود لا يدعي عليه أحد مضطر فيرى ما لا يحمد عقباه.
سؤالي لماذا لايوظف شخص آخر مع شاهر يساعده ويناصحه ويقوم بعمل شاهر إذا غاب شاهر لا سمح الله بظرف كيف يقوم الناس .
نتمنى تصحيح الواقع معالي الوزير وسعادة مدير عام المياه بعسير وسعادة مدير المياه بأحد رفيد وسعادة رئيس مركز طريب ورئيس ومنفذ ومخرج المسلسل الرمضاني الشهير ( شاهر والماء)؟؟؟

اما سعادة مدير مياه احد رفيده / إلى متى واحنا نعاني من هذه الأزمه الناس تضربهم الشمس لمدة اربعة أيام ويالله يخرج بـ 3 طن
ما يخاف الله ويراعي منصبه بحيث يرسل لجان تتابع وتنظم المشروع

ليه السقيا الأن 36طن ولا يوصل للمواطن الا 28 29 30 طن فقط ولا يلتزم بتوزيع الميا المعتمدة حسب الصرف اليومي ولا يوجد لديه ولا سيارة ويستاجر من السوق 3 سيارات فقط ومعلومة فكيف تغطي 1500/3=500 سيارة ويوجد 3 سيارات وكل سيارة 2 ردين يعني 6 ردود يومبا يعني يبيله سنه لين يخلص الكروت واللله ظلم وهو الي كان مستلم مشروع المياه الي في الحرجة وكان في الصيف يقول ما لقيت سيارات بـ250 ريال ولان مدبر مصلحة المياة بأحد رفيدة من جماعته والمصري سلئق خاص فكيف يكون مسؤل عن السقيا الضايعة وانشري يا طريب الحقيقة اذا كنتي تقولين الحقيقة والف شكر للجميع ولا يضيع عليكم 6 7 8 طن لصالح المقاووول
