     نحن محظوظون بهذا الامير المحبوب الذي يعمل بصمت ,, وقد احب المنطقة وكأنه ابن من ابنائها ,,
     المنطقة ازدانت بقدوم الامير الحالم ,, وازدادت نموا وازدهارا في عهده الميمون ادامه الله لنا ,,
     ونحن نشكر المقام السامي على هذه الثقة الغالية ,, وهذا ان دل على شيء فإنما يدل على النظرة الحكيمة والثاقبة لما فيه مصلحة هذه المنطقة الغالية على قيادتها وابنائها ,, وتدل ايضا على ان هذا الفارس يسير بالمنطقة الى ماتخطط له قيادتنا الحكيمة وفقها الله,,

     صاحب السمو الملكي الآمير فيصل بن خالد وانه الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب
     فهنيئآ لمنطقة عسير بهذا الآمير الذي اعطى وما زال يسدل بالعطاء حتى غدت عسير من اجمل واروع مناطق المملكه تآلقآ وجمالآ
     لا املك الآن سوى التوجه لله رب العالمين بآن يحفط لنا حكامنا وقادتنا لما فيه الخير والصلاح وان يهيئ لهم البطانه الصالحه
