[JUSTIFY][B][SIZE=5]أهالي محافظة طريب يطالبون أمين منطقة عسير بعدم نقل رئيس بلدية طريب إلى محافظة تثليث، وطلبوا من أمين منطقة عسير التدخل في الأمر وإبقائه في طريب. ومع تحفظي على كلمة أهالي فالمفترض أن تكون بعض أهالي محافظة طريب، أو على أقل تقدير أعيان ولأن الأعيان لهم نظرتهم الخاصة ولهم مصالحهم الأهم.
أمين منطقة عسير كان واقعياً أكثر بكثير من بعض الأهالي فقد قال :" إن التجديد أمر ضروري والأمر يتضمن معايير لمثل هذه الامور"، وقال قبل ذلك : "الأمر يتحتم عليه الرفع لمقام الوزارة لتقدير المصلحة العامة التي يراها المسئول حيال نقل رئيس البلدية او بقائه".
رئيس بلدية طريب الأستاذ/ محمد بن سالم الوادعي من أبرز وأنبل من تبوأوا رئاسة البلدية والمطالبة ببقائه في طريب إجحاف في حقه وفي حق طريب أيضاً. نقله إلى محافظة تثليث المصنفة بدرجة (أ) بمثابة ترقية وتثمين لما قام به من أعمال. هل يعقل أن يمنع شخص من الحصول على منصب أكبر؟ ليس بعد تثليث إلا بيشة أو خميس مشيط.
أما مصلحة طريب فهي في التغيير والتدوير، كل رؤساء البلدية السابقين بدون استثناء كان لهم بصمات واضحة حتى وإن كان بعضهم لم يبرز نفسه اعلامياً أو اجتماعياً. بل إن كل رئيس بلدية جديد يمضي فترة ليست بالقصيرة في تنفيذ ما أقره ورفعه الرئيس الأسبق.
رئيس البلدية الحالي قام بواجبه كما يرى هو، ولمسنا منه كأهالي الكثير من الإنجازات والحرص على تنمية البلد. وكما أن له نظرته في التطوير والتخطيط فمن المؤكد أن لغيرة نظرة أخرى وهذا ما نريده في طريب.
ثمان سنوات ليست بالقصيرة لرئيس بلدية ومن حقه أن يتطلع للمراتب العليا ومن حق طريب أن يأتي من يضخ الأفكار الجديدة والرؤى المستقبلية لمحافظة جديدة تتطلع لمستقبل أفضل وموقع تنافسي بين محافظات المنطقة.

كل شخص يتكلم بوجهة نظره ؟
المواطن والمدينة من أكبر المعايير التي تتطلع لها الدوله فالمواطن هو الركيزه الأولى للوطن وما هيئته الدوله هو لمصلحة المواطن وليس لمطالب مسئول على حساب مواطنين أحقيه .
فالذي إتضح لنا بأن محافظ محافظة تثليث حدث بينه وبين رئيس البلدية خلاف على أثره حضر لهم أمين منطقة عسير وتم معاينة بعض المشاريع وخلال التجوال تم إنزال رئيس البلدية في الشارع وطلب منه رفع يده من رئاسة البلدية وبعد ذلك تم الرفع من قبل المحافظ للأمين بطلب نقل رئيس بلدية طريب له بتثليث .
فهل معيار طلب المحافظ لرئيس بلدية له منصف على حساب محافظة على أبواب الإنفتاح للعلو , ونظرة الأمين لمطلب المحافظ في محلها ,
لماذا لم تعالج إختلافات محافظ تثليث مع رئيس بلديتها الذي عمل سنين طائله في خدمة وطنه ومليكه .
هل بهذا الأسلوب يتم تكريم رئيس بلدية تثليث بهذه الطريقه ؟
لعل قرار بلدية تثليث في طلبه للتقاعد كان أرحم له فشكرا له ولكل مسئول أفنى وقته وجهده في مصلحة دينه ووطنه ؟
طريب مرة بمجموعة رؤساء بلديات بعضهم كان من نفس المدينة فماذا قدم لطريب وماهي لمساته التي نستطيع أن نذكرها وغيره من الرؤساء كان لهم بصمات تذكر وقت عملهم ولكن كان لرئيس بلدية طريب الحالي محمد سالم الوادعي أبرز رئيس بلدية مر على طريب بنقله نوعيه في جميع الخدمات البلدية التي تذكر له ولزملائه الموفق بهم واللذين كانوا خير فريق مثل طريب في العمل والتعامل فشكرا لهم ومن لا يشكر الناس لا يشكر الله .
يشهد الله إنني لم أنظر لهم من باب المصلحه الخاصه بل من جميع الجوانب التي لاحظناها بأعيننا .
المصلحه العامة يا أمين عسير ويا حسين علي مقدمه على المعايير التصوريه .

التجديد مطلوب والتغيير مثل ماقال المحايد
طريب بلديته جديدة نسبيا واي عمل للبلديه يوضح في جميع القرى والمدن المرتبطه فيها.
ريس بلدية طريب الله يبيض وجهه قدم الكثير واذا نقلوه لتثليث فالله يوفقه
يمكن يجي واحد يقدم شي جديد.

سالفة تنزيل رئيس بلدية تثليث في الشارع منين جبتها. أمين عسير نضاما مايقدر يسوي شي الا بقرار إدانة وبعد تحقيق. ومحافظ تثليث نظاما لا يحق له طلب تعيين اي موظف في الادارات الأخرى.
لانبري احد ولا نتهم احد
وسنة الله تمشي على كل خلقه
اتهمت رؤساء بلديات طريب واتهمت ابن ديرتك
ووالله ان المنصف يعرف ان بعض المشاريع اقرت في عهد السابقين وان بعضهم شكي وضايقوا عليه لانه لم يساير الربع اللي يسرون في الليل
انت مدحت واحد مفصول ومدحت واحد منقول واتهمت ناس كلهم في مناصب كبيره بعد ماراحوا من طريب

شكرا لك سعادة اللواء على الطرح .
ما تمنته الدراسات وبرامج التخطيط في الادارة العامه بأن مصلحة العامة مقدمه على المصلحة الخاصة .
والقرارات الارتجاليه من محافظ تثليث وامين عسير كانت النقطة الاول التي اظهرت معاقل تدخلهم .نعم أنا والله لم أكتب من هواء نفسي أو ذاتي ومجرد كلام يقرا بل هي الحقيقة التي صارت .
وليس بالضروري أن التجديد يعطي ميزة التطوير فالمرء يخاف من الغائب ويقنع بالموجود فما لاحظناه على رئيس بلدية طريب لم يحظى به أي رئيس بلدية من قبله ونعم ماهي اللمسات التي حظينا بها من رؤساء قبله ففي 4 سنوات يذكرها الجميع لم نجد أي عمل أو أي شيء يذكر لأحد رؤساء طريب فكان قبله رؤساء بذلوا جهدهم وبعده رؤساء بذلوا جهدهم ولكن ليس كمثل رئيس بلدية طريب الان .
لنكن واضحين ولنسأل الجمهور من المواطنين وهم المعيار الرئيسي الذي يقيم رئيس البلدية بالايجاب او السلبي

التغيير مطلوب حتى على مستوى الاسره فما بالك برئيس امضى اكثر من 8 سنوات كنت اتمنى من اهالي طريب ان يبحثوا مع الامين مواضيع تهم البلد ليس الشخص فالشخص هم مجرد موظف وليس وزاره تنتقل بعده الوزاره غريبه الحياه.

يعني انا استغرب صراحة ليش الناس يتعاطفون مع موظفي البلديات وكأنهم يدفعون من جيوبهم
البلدية واش سوت غير زفلت ومواصير انارة وحصن اثري في المثلث والمشكلة انه مسلح !!!
والبوابة بعد من جيب موظفي البلدية حتى الناس تقول ما قصروا !! طبعا كل هذا الكلام بعداحترامي الشديد لرئيس البلدية
اللي يشكر هم البنقال اللي ينظفون البلد في الشموس اذا جينا في الواقع

المصلحة الخاصة هي مصلحة المجموعة التي تطالب ببقاء أي مسؤول في مكانه.

التغيير مطلب هام في كل شئون الحياة على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع والرئيس والمرؤوس والكبير والصغير. والتساؤل الذي يطرح نفسه بغض النظر عن المصالح الفردية او الجماعية، اليست الجهة صاحبة الشأن (الأمانة) أعرف وأقرب ومسئولة مسئولية تامة عن هذا الأمر وتبعاته؟ أليست هي صاحبة القرار ومعول عليها اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة التي تخدم المصلحة العامة ؟إذا ماهو لازم تدخل اهل طريب في طلب ابقاء الشخص من عدمه فلعل البديل افضل كما اشار اليه بعض الاخوة. في نظري ان مثل هذا التدخل مظنة تحقيق مصالح مستقبلية او الابقاء على مصالح قائمة مع بقاء الاصل وهو افتراض حسن النية لدى الجميع.

لم نرى في المقال ذم لرئيس البلدية بل مدحه ولم يذم غيره.
باختصار يقول التغيير مطلوب. لماذا تقحمون الرئيس ومن قبله ومن بعده في اشياء مالها دخل بالمقال .

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
أولا . نعلم ويعلم اهالي طريب أن رئيس بلدية طريب لم يسبقه أحد ولن يلحق به أحد حتى من أبناء البلد
ثانياً. نقل رئيس البلدية تكريم له وسوف تتضح بصمته في تثليث وكذلك سوف نفقدها في طريب ودعونا ننتظر من يحل محله
ثالثا. نشكر أهالي طريب الذين تقموا للامين لطلب بقاء الوادعي رئيسا للبلدية مع أني متأكد انه لا امل لبقاء الوادعي
رابعا. ما تعرف رفيقك لين تواجه غيره

لو ان اهالي كل بلدة تطالب ببقاء الموظف الكويس لم يعد هناك للقرار الاداري الوزاري او المناطقي اي قيمة ؟؟
انا استغربت من مطالبة الاهالي وقد قلت ذات مره لو كنت الوزير لاكتفيت بالتربيت على اكتاف الاهالي وقلت لهم
هذا مش شغلكم
هذا شغلنا ومصلحة الوطن فوق الجميع

نعزيكم في بو سالم بان اي موظف كائنا من كان يقع تحت نظر الاهالي
فان احسن فلنفسه وان اساء فعليها
وتوجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين صريحه بوجوب السعي في خدمة المواطن بكل امانه ونزاهه واخلاص

لو ان اهالي اي مدينه تمسكوا باي مسئول باغض النضر عن الاسباب في التمسك به لتوقفت عجلت التطوير
