[CENTER]استنساخ الأجيال[/CENTER]
كان شاباً نبيهاً .. كان طالباً متفوقاً .. كان الجميع يرى فيه علامات النبوغ .. وكان يُعد قدوة رائعة لأبناء جيله .. ألتقيت به عند قدومي الى الرياض وإلتحاقي بالجامعة .. وكنت مستغرباً من أنه لم يحقق ماكان يُتوَقع منه بعد حصوله على الثانوية منذ أعوام .. كانت ردوده على علامات الإستغراب فيها سرد عن معاناته مع والده .. وكيف كانت ممارساته من إحتقار وعنف وتهميش وتشكيك السبب فيما آل إليه حاله .. حتى بعد إنتقاله الى الرياض وإستقلاله مادياً وأسرياً .. كان والده يمارس عليه كل أنواع الضغوط التي تنوء بها "جبال زيد" حسب تعبيره ..
مضت الأيام والسنين .شاء الله أن ألتقي بإبنه المتخرج من الثانوية للتو .. باح لي الإبن بتصرفات وممارسات والده معه .. كان يشكي بحرقة ومرارة من وقوف والده في طريقه .. تذكرت حينها ماكان يرويه والده عن جده .. وجدت أن من كان يقف في طريق الوالد يقف في طريق الإبن الآن .. أستئذنته في مهاتفة والده وأن أحاول التدخل بينهما ..
كان أداء هذه المهمة أمرأ صعباً بالنسبة إليّ .. فلم ألتق به منذ سنين .. ولم أهاتفه على جواله قط .. فقد دخلنا عصر الجوال سويةً دون تواصل .. ولكن بيننا مايجعلني أن أقوم بذلك .. هاتفته .. وجررته الى حنين الذكريات .. وكيف كان جيلنا وجيله يبني الامنيات .. ومن حديثي معه ذُهلت من بعض ماتكون لديه من قناعات ..
لقد أصبح مقتنعاً أن أساليب والده في التربية جعلت منه رجلاً ناجحاً .. وأن هذه الأساليب هي المُثلى والأكثر مناسبة ليجعل من ولده نسخة ناجحة مثله .. ذكرت له إعتزازنا وفخرنا بالأباء والأجداد .. ذكرت له أن في تراثنا أمثلة ناصعة البياض في تربية الأجيال.. من آبائنا نماذج متميزة في صناعة الرجال .. ويمكننا أن نستنسخ الرائع من هذا التراث الثري ومن هذه النماذج الثرية .. مع التأكيد على أن لكل جيل متطلباته .. ولكل جيل ادواته .. في الوصول الى أهدافه وقناعاته ..
وجدت من خلال حديثي معه أن فينا من يحاسب أبنائه على النتائج دون أن يبذل معهم الأسباب .. ليس هذا كلاماً تربوياً نظرياً .. ولكن من خلال قراءة الواقع .. هل نجد بيننا من يضع خطة سِنية سنوية مرحلية لتربية أبنائه على التمكن من بعض المهارات؟ ..وتبني المفيد من القناعات؟ .. والتمييز بين الثوابت والمتغيرات؟ .. هل نجد بيننا من يقرأ كتباً في بناء الأسرة وتربية الأبناء؟ .. او يأخذ دورات في فن التعامل مع المراهقين؟ .. أو يحضر محاضرات في صناعة الأجيال؟ .. لا أريد أن أكون متشائماً في الإجابة .. ولكن الأكيد أن بيننا من برع في إستنساخ ممسوخ لأساليب تربوية لاتصلح لأي جيل عبر الأمم والعصور ..
